The prices shown in this catalogue are export prices without VAT and apply only if the articles are shipped out of Rwanda by us. Sorry, but for the moment the tax refund at the airport is not available yet. For our residential customers we have to add 18% of VAT. 
Goods ordered from abroad but collected in our Rwandan shop have to pay VAT.

You may place your order directly to Dokmai Rwanda via email (info.dokmairwanda@gmail.com). Please use the order codes provided for each product within the catalogue, and remember to append the color(s) desired to the code.  We grant a 5% discount for orders above 600 USD (product value excluding transport)  and special whole seller conditions (above 1000 USD of product value , excluding transport)
Quantity discounts will be granted for the same article (even if ordered in different colours). Ask for our actual price list and discounts. Address inquiries and orders to Bernadette Umunyana.
We hand-make all our goods from scratch in our workshop located in Kigali, Rwanda. We will notify you of the timeline for producing your order once received.
For our customers abroad we ship the goods with DHL Express service. Our shipping prices are based on the DHL rates depending on weight and location subdivided by DHL into 10 zones  and will be calculated automatically in the check-out for up  to 10kg of shipping weight. 
For local customers outside Kigali we use Rwanda postal services, collection by the customers in one of our two shops is also possible (please inform us where you wish to receive the goods as they are kept until delivery in our warehouse)
The goods are not insured by DOKMAI RWANDA against transport losses and damages. DHL offers however on request a fee based insurance 
We accept payments through bank transfer to our local bank in Kigali or our German bank account. You can also pay with your Paypal account or with your credit card using one of our two payment gateways: Paypal and Directpay or in case of collecting bthe goods from our shops in cash or by credi card.
Within a delay of 14 days after your purchase, we repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty.
Articles bought in our shops should be returned to the shops in new, unused condition, accompanied by an original Dokmai Rwanda receipt/invoice.
For online sales, in particular those from abroad we provide a reduction in price for justified minor faults (please document with photos). Being conscious of the delays and costs of a return shipment we propose in case of major manufacturing faults that we will either refund or replace the article. We request however that the original article is destroyed. This fact should be demonstrated through photos which clearly show that the article is not usable any longer.
But please be aware that the pictures in our catalogues (on-line, hardcopy) are only indicative, because (1) of problems of computer screens to display true colours; (2) due to the nature of the material (top grain leather) and the dying process which can entail variations and deviations in colour. These variations are not a manufacturing fault and therefore not covered by our return policy. This applies also to the kitenge fabrics we use as lining. These fabrics are only available in small quantities and can often not be replenished. DOKMAI Rwanda will use similar kitenge fabrics or upon request kitenge with other colour patterns.
With your order you accept tacitly reasonable deviations from the models presented in our catalogues at the discretion of DOKMAI Rwanda.
You may however request to get an idea of the final product (s) by asking to receive prior to the shipment a picture showing the leather colour (indicated in Pantone codes) and the lining
